The Asian Food Network (AFN), formerly known as Asian Food Channel, is a Southeast Asian pay television channel that is owned by Discovery Asia-Pacific. Launched in 2005, it provides a mix of food programming content.

A former employee shared this review: "Where to begin..? I was hired as a creative to produce promo content. Unfortunately, Asian Food Channel is not a place that understands or cares about fertilizing creativity. In fact, it's a morgue instead of an incubator. Everyone is miserable at Asian Food Channel. The two co-founders are some of the worst people I've had the displeasure to meet. They rule by intimidation and fear, probably because they are two of the most insecure people on Earth. Everyone gets chewed out soon after being hired by either one or both of the co-founders, usually for a simple error. It's their way of establishing very clearly who is the boss and that failure will be met by stern punishment. This lends to an office setting where everyone is either scared, or takes out their anxiety on their fellow co-workers. Everyone watches their back. No one smiles. When I started, the people I knew by name were my immediate co-workers, and even they kept to themselves. No body says hello to anyone else and the highlight of everyone's day is lunch, where they can leave the office for an hour and complain about how much they hate their job. Not exactly a place where one can feel free to be creative and incubate ideas. Creativity requires life, play and freedom, which there is none at Asian Food Channel. If you literally want your soul sucked out of you, then get a job here."
